Designed for families and learners facing financial barriers who require 1-on-1 tutoring assistance, core subject acceleration, or learning disability support.

  • Commitment to at least 4 hours of monthly tutor sessions
  • Current enrollment in foundational learning curriculum
Merit & STEMSecondary & Pre-University Students
Academic Merit & STEM Fellowship
$1,000 – $3,000 / academic year
Geared towards high-achieving students demonstrating exceptional motivation in Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Computing, or Language Arts.

  • Demonstrated academic grade equivalent of 3.3 GPA (B+) or above
  • Recommendation endorsement from a verified educator or tutor

Supports dedicated learners training to become foundational teachers who commit to reciprocal peer tutoring within the JRO Foundation network.

  • Pledge of 30 hours community peer tutoring per semester
  • Completion of the JRO Foundation Teaching Style Orientation
